How we work

Four things that really hold here.

01 · review.md

Review before merge

No code goes unread into main. Not even code from management.

02 · architecture.md

Time for architecture

If you need a week to get the boundaries right, you get it. That is cheaper than rebuilding afterwards.

03 · remote.md

On site or remote

There is an office, in St. Veit an der Glan. There is no attendance requirement. What counts is being reachable when something is stuck.

04 · ai-policy.md

AI is a tool

We use it daily for scaffolding, tests and migrations. We still have to answer for the result ourselves.
